Terms and Conditions for InnovationWorks subscription with Automatic Renewal

​The contract governing your subscription to InnovationWorks will renew automatically on the selected periodic basis following the initial term until you terminate it. By clicking “submit order”  I hereby authorize InnovationForce or its payment service provider to withdraw funds from my financial institution or charge my credit or debit card I provided for all payments under the contract during the initial term and for all payments after the automatic renewal until I terminate it. The recurring charge that will be withdrawn from my financial institution or charged to my credit or debit card on file is the selected amount of the initial order on the selected periodic basis.

 InnovationForce reserves the right to change your recurring charge by providing you with at least thirty (30) days advance written notice. I understand that I cannot cancel the contract’s initial term, and I cannot cancel an automatically renewed term after the applicable cancellation deadline has passed.  I may cancel an automatic renewal period (and all subsequent renewal periods) by providing notice to innovationforce 7 days prior to the then-current term (“cancellation deadline”). To terminate the contract effective after the initial term and to prevent automatic renewal, please contact innovationforce via email at customer.service@innovationforce.io or go to your account page and terminate your contract.
